I just wanted to try a good hydrating night cream .Fairness was not really my top
priority but this cream gave me all.Want to know which one it is...
ORIFLAME OPTIMALS WHITE NIGHT CREAM:
Liquorice extract + whitening complex All skin types whitening night cream to help hydrate the skin during night I got it fro PKR 1350 from an online store
It comes in a stylish glass jar with a gray lid. you have to open a silver seal to get to the
product. The scent is very rosy, reminds me of arq-e-gulab, but its not that strong.
The texture is very soft. A little cream is enough for whole face. It glides on skin
really smoothly.
Now the bad part….like most fairness creams it gives a feeling like you are wearing a
thin film. I was a little irritated at this and was expecting it to break me out but
astonishingly and to my relief it didn’t. It made my skin very soft.
Well… in the following days I really admitted that it was great. My skin was baby soft,
smooth looking(I have uneven skin normally).and of course fairer. I really loved it.
ABOUT THE INGREDIANTS:
This cream, like the whitening face wash by oriflame, also has a paraben and disodium
EDTA..Apart from that all the other ingredients are termed GRAS (generally
recognized as safe) by FDA and CIR(cosmetic ingredient review). Here is the source
REPURCHASE:
If it becomes easily available… yes of information on ingredients used in various cosmetics
wow u replied so fast:)i just came across your blog for the first time and i was exploring ur reviews... can you clarify more about this cream's whitening effects??like if i use it for 2 months, is it really good for ther price?
well,I wont say that it works like magic .It just improves complexion by two shades or so.The effects, like other whitening creams are not lasting.I liked it because its whitening effect is not due to harmful bleaching chemicals or steroids so it is comperatively safer. For the quantity,it IS a little costly.
hey...from long time i am searching for a whitening cream which works as a moisturizer as well.........i have a dry skin...or maybe normal skin not very sure of my skin type :P I want to know that what skin type you have...because I have heard that this cream does not do well for dry skin...
I have oily skin. Its very oily.but it did fairly well on me.The moisture content might not be sufficiently high for dry skin. You can pair it with glycerine to get some moisture.Or you can try Neutrogena fairness range
i bought it but havent used it yet...wil use it and let you know of my experience
ReplyDeletesure. :)
