Hello pretties,
I have been away for quite sometime owing to my many commitments at home and work that have kept me busy.However,never mind the sordid details of my boring life and lets get back to fun.As you all know I am always on the lookout for some good quality halal brand of makeup.I have skimmed through the existing range of so many drugstore ones to find the products suitable for Muslim consumers.You can find all those products here.I came across this hala certified brand from UK last month and loved some of the products so much that I had to share.
The brand is PHB ethical Beauty.Ethical because they are not only halal but vegan and promote fair trade too.

If you,like me, are a an unable-to-blush-no matter-what type of person then you must have an idea of how useful blushes can prove to be on occasions **winks**.A pretty pinky glow on cheeks definitely adds tons to a girl's beauty.
I am a big fan of power blushes for being very easy to use.Today's post is on a powder blush with a pretty name.Its E.L.F powder blush in "Tickled Pink".I prefer to try more ELF blushes now because they are carmine free and halal.

Whats more is that its a vegan palette.Halal,carmine free eye shadows.Cherry on the top is the price.Its drugstore and totally affordable.You guessed it...E.L.F 100 eye shadow palette.
I really wanted this one since a long time.However,it was always out of my reach because of price issues.Then I could never find comprehensive reviews on this palette.The swatches online were never enough to satisfy my curiosity.So,I never took the chance of spending nearly 3000pkr.
Then I found a great deal on it and needless to say I got it ^_^

I didn't post for quite sometime now.Reason:I shifted my place...again.Long story short it was alot of work.With Eid around the corner I was very busy and then boom...Eid was there and I became supppper busy.Performing the ritual of Sacrifice following Sunnah gives a very peaceful feeling.We should always remember to take out the biggest portion for those who can not afford to buy meat all year round.This is the true spirit of Eid-ul-Azha.
Ok,so I have been doing my house's interiors.Curtains,furniture,home decor etc.Very soon insha Allah you will be seeing pictures of the interiors.Before and after both.I hope the photos help and motivate all the house wives who like to have pretty and comfortable homes.
Ok so today's post is about a product which I like to hoard i-e Eyeliners.I am a big fan of pencil eyeliners as they are travel friendly,easy to use and don't look over done.However,for some added drama one needs liquid liners too(For more on eyeliners and types read this post).I already have a Gel eyeliner by Catrice which I absolutely adore, but its not very easy to use during traveling :P I get ready in my car 9 out of 10 times hehe. The company is vegan(no animal based ingredients,no carmine),no animal testing at all.They are even against using animals furs.I seriously love this company.For more vegan and halal brands read this post.

Garnier BB cream is sucha love.Its vegan,it has so many good points and the low prices is cherry on top.The regular readers are aware that I reviewed the Garnier BB cream for dry skin.I liked it but as it was not suitable for my skin(oily) I couldn't use it as often as I liked.I ordered the one for oily skin from just4girls.pk.

Hi girls,
So a serious review after EID is here finally.This time its a mascara.I have just medium sort of lashes,like no long fringe and no extra volume I can boast of.So I would love to get my hands on a good mascara that can give me a volumizing plus lengthening effect.Also it has to be halal.Now thats the real problem.[For my friends, who are not very involved in halal/haram debate I would recommend L'oreal Voluminous Full definition mascara.It is a perfect dupe for Georgio Armani "Eyes to kill" mascara (one of the best).]
Ok so a mascara can be haram if it contains some oils derived from animals.This is the only thing which requires further research by me.Because according to wikipedia the mascaras contain mineral oil mostly.(For more on halal cosmetics read this post and this post).
Not all mascaras have haram ingredients, but some might have and I try my best to avoid the non vegan ones to be on the safe side.
So, I tried this mascara by ELF(Eyes Lips Face UK is all Vegan).The company makes several mascaras,but this one seemed to be the best.Let's see how It worked for me.

Every girl loves dewy skin with a pretty glow.Well for us oilies the glow turns into a horrible greasy nightmare so we have to settle for matte foundations with satin finish.For some occasions when I feel the need of a little glamour I go for highlighters.Gold and Silver High lighters look so lovely when used sparingly and when they don't highlight your pores.Today I have a multipurpose product which when used judiciously adds a touch of glam and shine to the whole look.

Summers are here in full blaze.While everyone is deciding and stocking upon sunscreens and mattifying lotions,my worry has taken a little different direction...The right lip color.Yeah you heard me right.I just can not find the right color for these days.Glosses,while looking natural and fresh can look horrible with melting makeup.
