REAL TECHNIQUES STARTER SET + EYES OF THE DAY

Hola Amigos,

I love to do eye makeup.Dramatic,big eyes are my favorite.I am such a big fan of eye shadows, but  surprisingly I didn't own good quality eye shadow brushes.Actually never had the budget to buy a good set.Tools are everything when it comes to makeup.The right brushes compensate somewhat for the lack of technique or learning.After a lot of research and blog reading I decided to finally get myself Real Technique Brushes.These are vegan friendly in case you are wondering :)

The brushes come in a plastic packing with a brush case.

I love the brush case.Its just so travel friendly.Material is top notch.A small badge of Real Techniques in the corner gives the whole case a sophisticated look.

The brushes are made of sturdy material.Everything about them screams high end.I love the handling friendly design.All the brushes come with handles which are designed such that the bigger ones can stand on their own too.This is a big plus when it comes to putting them on vanity during use.

Now the bristles.PLUSH,this is one word which some up my feelings for the RT brushes.They are all so soft.Its like you are doing makeup with soft feathers.However,the softness does not compromise the control over application.I don't know how Samantha managed to balance,but she did it beautifully.

I have been using and washing them for almost a month now(haul post was late) and i have not experienced any shedding.If I see any deterioration I will update for sure.

There are basically five brushes.Two are for brow and eyeliner application.If you get a little creative you can do loads of looks with the remaining three brushes.As some of you might be aware it is extremely hard to find the dome shaped and the fluffy crease brush in the local market.So,this set gives you all the required brushes. These have been designed by an MUA, Samantha Chapman, and she uses them very frequently in her you tube videos(pixiwoo channel).Therefore you can learn a lot about using them from her videos too.An added benefit.

Overall,I love love love the set and am so glad that I got it.I would highly recommend it to all girls who are learning eye shadow application.This set makes you a master of eye makeup without blowing a hole in your pocket.

EYES OF THE DAY

Picture speaks a thousand words.Take a look at the neutral look I did with this set.I hope you all can observe the improvement in application and technique.I chose neutral, because it can be a little difficult to pull off and even the tiniest flaw shows.
