ALLU K PAKOREY
Its monsoon and ramazan.And we all certainly love pakora so here is my mom's recipe
 of crunchy pakoras.yum...
                                                           
                                                   CRUNCHY ALLU PAKOREY
INGREDIENTS:
I)-basin(gram flour)     1/2 kg
ii)-allu(potatoes)           4 cut in medium cubes
iii)-piaz(onion)              2 medium
                              chopped
iv)-pallak(spinach)         1 cup
v)-podina(mint leaves)   4 tablespoon chopped
vi)-egg                         1medium sized
vii)-red chilli powder      3teaspoon
viii)-chat massala            1 teaspoon
ix)-salt                          to taste
METHOD:  
1)-Take a bowl for  mixing.
     Put potatoes,onion,mint,spinach,spices,egg and gram flour and mix it with 
     hands.
2)-Now add half a cup of water mix.keep on adding water ., a small amount at a 
time until the mixture is thick but not too thick.You can experiment with thickness 
of mixture.As a rule the crispiness and crunchiness depends upon the right 
consistency.
3)-Heat the cooking oil in a karahi(big sauce pan).When its hot put a little amount of 
batter in the oil.If it immediately starts sizzling and comes to surface the oil is 
ready.Take a big spoon(used in serving bowls) and put portions of batter in oil.5-6 
pakoras at a time  will do fine.
4)-Now fry until golden brown.serve with raita and ketchup.
