REAL TECHNIQUE BLUSH BRUSH

Salutations pretties,

I am a blush girl through and through.A little flush on cheeks adds so much to the beauty of a girl.Since I am not the blushing, fluttering lash-type woman,I resort to blushes to solve the little problem and save the day for me.On that note did you know that men's brains are programmed to associate blushing cheeks with beauty. So when I want something done by dear husband a little blush always helps **winks**.

I have always been a fan of powder blushes. However, blogging made me brave the challenges that makeup presents. So, I dawdled a little in the realm of liquid blushes. My experience was great.Read full review of ELF HD blushes here.

However,I will not pretend that learning the application was easy.It was difficult and that was the point where I considered that a quality blush brush was imperative. So,after some research I decided on Real Technique blush brush(of course!!).So,was it a good investment or just a regular brush.Read to find:

REAL TECHNIQUE BLUSH BRUSH

REAL TECHNIQUE BLUSH BRUSH

Real Technique

I got it for 1550 PKr from Makeup and Accesories,a FB page.It was quite a reasonable price.I couldn't get it in this price from anywhere else.It was always 1700 PKR plus.

The brush has a lovely pink color and very dense bristles with a well designed handle. It can even stand on its own.

The bristles are feather soft.In fact my baby loves it and giggles when I stroke her face...an instant mood lifter :P .The word "plush" is very well used by Samantha in describing her brush.

I was expecting the softness to be a problem in blush application, blending and all. However,it performed exceptionally well. The bristles, albeit very soft, did not bend while picking the liquid blush and while blending.ELF HD blushes set quickly and can pose risk of problematic blending. However, from the very first time of use the brush has never disappointed me.It gave a smooth, air brushed application. No streaks or spots of pigmentation.

This brush has not shed (uptil now;after a month of use).It is very easy to wash and manage.

Being synthetic by nature, the bristles do not absorb product hence minimizing the wastage.

As I have said countless times tools makeup for lack of professional technique. This brush achieves a natural look in a wink.So girls who like to apply blushers should totally buy this.

Since it has a very specific use you can not use it for multi-tasking.I tried to use it, by gathering the bristles in my fingers, to apply bronzer with precision, but the result was not encouraging. You see it has been designed for diffuse application required in blushers.I do,however, use it for highlighter application on forehead and cheeks.

BAD POINTS:

1)-One bad point is the price.

2)-.Its not a multi tasker

3)-Size is big so very slim girls and those with thin faces might not like the size.

I wish RT would launch some collection with blush brush too, because currently you have to buy it separately which can be a little expensive for some.I think if you are onto liquid/cream blushes more then powder ones this will be a wise investment for you.Otherwise you can wait for the collection ^_^

So girls I hope you like the review.Whats your favorite blush brush?

Stay blessed.
