Online shopping is such fun.I shop online most of the time except for clothes.You see so much can go wrong with clothing items.like a size misfit,design problem,hassle of return etc.However,when the new online store charcha.pk gave me the opportunity to shop with them I gave it a go and....

Charcha is a relatively new store.Here is little store introduction:

Amazing customer service.They called and kept me updated about my order status.The order was to be delivered the very next day after placing order, but since I was not home they very kindly adjusted the delivery to next day at 3pm and well the delivery was made at 3 pm sharp.Pretty impressive.

They have multiple payment options, but I obviously availed Cash on delivery :) .

Site navigation is something I really liked too.You can filter the results according to size,brand, and type.So this makes shopping very easy.

I quite like their collection.They have brands like Zara and coco too.I would have loved to get a few more things, but size 14(Large) fits me better according the size chart and there were only a few options in that range.Their size chart is very accurate.The sizes mentioned are the actual sizes and so their can not be any problem of size mismatch.This is what I like the best.Well in the odd case of a size mismatch you can always return or exchange.They have a 7 days return policy.

All in all I think charcha is a pretty good,reliable store with some great collection of clothing,winter wear and accessories both for men and women.However,they do need to improve their stock in the large and extra large section,because this is the category that fits most moms.I hope they bring some stylish and modern tops and shirts for moms too.As for the rest if collection I would most definitely recommend it to all the girls.So check it out here.This is their Facebook page.
