20 INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT ME

Hello peaches,

Kindly forgive my long absence, but I was trying to juggle my routine.I will try to do one post per week from now.

Ok this is quite an interesting title.My dear friend Sana literally held a gun to my head to write this post and to CPR my blog. :p joking.Emmm yeah kind of :p I hope you all find it amusing if not shocking :) Do let me now in comments.

I don't have lots of branded lawn joras in my wardrobe.In fact I try to avoid it on purpose.I know its unlike a blogger, but the lawn fever irritates me at time,especially at tea parties I attend where ladies showoff their beautiful "branded" overpriced,totally-not-suitable-for-heat-of-june dresses .All I can do is to keep my eyeballs from rolling literally in to the back of my head.I mean seriously all that should matter is the cut and the look not how many thousands you paid and not which designer ripped you off .

Today, I am here with a Tag post.I always find such posts so much fun.Its like a sneak peek into blogger's life.So here is mine.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

Ok so below are the questions and my answers to them.

BAD BEAUTY HABIT:

I have a very bad habit of picking at my hair when I am studying.It always happens when I am busy reading something I have to force myself to do :).I hope I get over it.Though seems unlikely.

BEAUTY SECRET TO ADD THIS YEAR:

A high high end foundation which does the job for my skin.I will not care how much it costs.I will save if I have to :)

LAST YEAR'S FAVORITES:

That is easy.Here is the post.

BEAUTY GOAL OF THE YEAR 2014:

To lose weight and get at least one session of mosaic laser.

LAST YEAR'S BIGGEST FASHION MISTAKE/REGRET:

I bought quite a few things I regrets buying but ELISHA COY FACE PRIMER was the biggest folly of all.In fact I feel so embarrassed that I hardly opened that post or picked up the 4000 pkr worth tube of good-for-nothing product. :P I mean I could have bought NARS orgasm or UD palette in that much :(

FASHION TREND PREDICTION:

Capris will be back I think.Straight jeggings and tights will stay.The shirt length will be extreme.Too short or too long.No medium ones.A-line shirts will be totally out.Replaced completely by long dressy shirts designed like maxis.

Trousers with lots of bottom flair with short shirt will be here in summers.

Curly/wavy hair will be in.Poker straight hair out.

Bold colors will be in.Especially neons will be much loved in summers again.

Cross body bags will rule over tote's.Custom  shaped pendants and statement jewelry will be in..

Thats what I think.I hope there isn't a drastic change in fashion.God knows how hard it is to stock wardrobe with kids throwing tantrums and all.

FASHION MUST HAVES THIS YEAR:

A pair of comfortable,well fitting, straight cut jeans.Orange lip color or at least nail color.Neon sandals.

LAST YEAR'S BIGGEST CHALLENGE:

My last year's biggest challenge was working on my daughter's temperament.She is not two yet and she was a big monster 8 months back :) Crying incessantly all day.Funny thing was that she even understood the slightest change of my mood and demeanor and everything gave her a cause to cry and wail. She didn't even eat properly.Well I followed my husband's advice and showered her with love.I tried and am still trying to control my frustration and outbursts when my kids pester me too much.So far my attempts have been successful most of the time.

THIS YEAR'S RESOLUTION:

Weight loss,
Clear exams,
Overcome the habit of talking ....a lot.

ADVICE FOR THE YEAR:

This year do try to work on being more responsible.A responsible citizen and a responsible human being too.Do not run through traffic signals,do not throw trash on roads,do not act indifferent where you should speak up.

Do not post irresponsible comments on social media website.Do not share the hadiths or Quranic verses which have no references or about the source of which you are unsure.Do not pretend to fulfill you duties as a Muslim by sharing a hadith you have never read or know about.If you want to post take some time out and look it up.If authentic, post by all means.Do not become a part of the network which is promoting ignorance in masses.

Last but not the least try and guard your tongue.Sometimes a small harmless comment about someone can snowball into something very hurtful and damaging.
