Winters and eggs in breakfast are a match made in heaven.A fluffy omelette with mushroom and cheese, brown bread toasted to a yummy crisp and a glass of orange juice.Finish this breakfast with a cup of tea and you will feel like royalty.
Here is the recipe for the omelette with its photo shoot :P I
All you need is
1)-Eggs 2
2)-Mushroom sliced 1cup
3)-Cheddar cheese singles 1 slice
4)-salt to taste
5)-Oil 2-3 tablespoon
METHOD:
1)-Beat the eggs in a bowl. You can keep it plain,as the cheese has its own salt and will add to the over all salt content. but I like to add a pinch of salt to avoid blandness. You can add a little black pepper too.
2)-Now heat the frying pan and put in some oil.Let it heat up.Then add the beaten eggs and spread them.
3)-When it is semi cooked(cooked but still whitish), spread the mushrooms on the top all over.Sprinkle on a pinch of peprika.
4)-Put on the pieces of cheese slice or cheese shavings and fold the half of omelette on its self. Let it cook.
5)-Now turn it on the other side. When golden brown from both side take it out on plate.
6)-Serve with toast, sliced mushrooms and goblet of orange juice.
The photos are not top notch, but I promise it tastes heavenly.
xoxo.
